Payment is refunded if the product of the paid order is not in stock or if any product is returned due to a problem or if any of the products is out of stock and the product is not likely to be in stock in the shortest possible time. Time Required for Refund:

Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours from the date of refund request through the same channel through which the payment was made. In case of debit or credit card payment refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the payment to hit your account statement. If it does not show up in the statement within this period, please contact your card issuing bank or email us at support@sajoni.com mentioning the order number. do

Refund Charges:

No charge will be applicable for refund i.e. the amount paid by you will be refunded but if the product has been handed over by the courier or for any reason after delivery (exchange or warranty policy will apply if the product is defective) you want to get a refund by returning it in such cases 200 + payment settlement fee (where applicable) per order towards courier charges and processing fee and the balance will be refunded.

Refund condition of discount or offer:

If there is an offer on Bikash, Rocket, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Amex card and the discount or cashback amount is not refundable in case of that order or transaction refund i.e. if you pay 900 taka for a product on offer of 1000 rupees or no cashback after paying 1000 taka If received, in case of refund, the amount of cashback will be deducted and in case of discount, only the amount paid by you will be refunded.
