If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- +8801730583798 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from SAJONI.COM offices between 9 AM to 9 PM, Every day.  

 What will be the delivery time

Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-

Inside Bogura
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over phone call.

Outside Bogura/ all over Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.

Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day. 

 Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?

Yes, we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount more than BDT 10,000 it will be FREE of charge.

Bogura City:
We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.

Nationwide
We work with Different Courier companies to deliver orders to nationwide. If you're checking out for delivery outside of Bogura it will cost you BDT 100 to 200 Taka for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.

 Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 01730583798 to confirm the schedule of the Office Pickup.

 How do I track my order?

We'll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking number.

Alternatively, you can jump into your account to track your order status online.

What do I do if I've placed an order and need to change my delivery details?

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.

Cancel before order dispatched: Advance payment will be full refunded.

Cancel after order dispatched: Advance payment will be refund after deduct courier charge and handling charge.

If you found product damage condition unboxing. Need to keep in video record and create a support ticket from your dashboard than call to 01730583798.

If we justified accuracy than you will get replace with new on. Delivery cost will be applied.  

 What is the transactional currency?

We accept transactional currency only BDT(Bangladeshi Taka)
